UNITIME Automated Timekeeping System - Desktop Version
The Desktop version of the UNITIME Automated Timekeeping System is a Paradox-based time and attendance program that may be run on a single computer or multiple workstations across a local area network. The Desktop version of UNITIME includes a vast set of standard rules options, a robust calculations engine, employee scheduling utilities, attendance tracking capabilities, and almost 40 standard reports. UNITIME can be installed with any of the data collection devices or programs and interface modules designed to exchange employee and labor information with payroll, human resources, and manufacturing systems, both locally and world-wide thereby providing a total workplace time and attendance solution. UNITIME is well-suited to a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, financial services, education, transportation, services and retail businesses.

   
 
 

Standard Features
UNITIME utilizes a class-based rules system, so different groups of rules are set up for employees who work under different policies. This approach minimizes setup time and ensures an easy transition should rules ever change. Once all rule classes have been established, each employee is simply assigned to the appropriate classifications.

Points Manager Tracks employees' attendance infractions, calculates points and/or hours balances, and generates penalties when predetermined thresholds are reached.

Benefits Manager Calculates accruals for employees' benefit plans such as sick leave and vacation.

WebAdmin - Provides Web-based access to UNITIME screens, data, and reports for remote supervisors.

WebEntry - Provides Web-based data collection and personal reporting capabilities for employees
WebESS - Provides up to nine personal reports for employees (WebEntry includes the same reports plus data collection features)
MobilePunch - Provides PDA-based data collection capabilities for supervisors and employees who routinely work on the road
